A cosy property on the very edge of the Bavarian Forest just 10 minutes drive from the Großer Arber, Forest Lodge XXL offers ample space for Groups on small retreats, company offsite workshops and friends' hiking and biking weekends away. 

The proper offers a large ground floor with living room, dining room and open kitchen leading onto a large wooden terrace next to a bubbling stream. 5 bedrooms (4 in 1st floor and one + bedsofa in basement) offer up to 14 bed). 

A large, newly renovated bright attic studio provides ample space for small team building workshops and/or yoga/meditation/journalling sessions for 6-8 people. 

The house sits on the very edge of Bayerisch Eisenstein, with immediate access to hiking routes and 5-6 local restuarants. Buses run regularly across to Großer Arber for further hiking routes. E-bikes can by hired from the local sportshop 100m down the road. The Waldbahn, just 200m from house offers further opportunities to discover more of the Bavarian Forest or the Sumava Forest in the Czech Republic.
